I found a really unique Amy Butler giveaway on this blog and I thought I would give it a go. This is why I bring you. . . Ten Things About ME. I hope you are not too comfortable because you just might wind up falling asleep in your chair. ;D
1. I own a collection of The Happy Hollisters, a book series about a family who solves mysteries. I haven't read one in years but they are still in plain view on my bookshelf.
2. My favorite bible verse is John 14: 3. "And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also."
3. I have watched almost every episode of Stargate SC1 and Stargate Atlantis. And Jack is my favorite character.
4. I can crochet faster than I can knit.
5. I have watched Pride and Prejudice, starring Keira Knightley, approx. six times. :-0
6. I am a huge cat lover and dearly want one.
7. I know a lot of the lyrics from folk songs, movies, and musicals. Getting to Know You from The King and I is my current favorite.
8. When growing up I enjoyed playing the Kings' Quest computer games with my siblings. Number four and seven are my favorites, can you guess why?
9. The worst part of knitting for me is knitting the gauge swatch. I bet I am not alone!
